Licence Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the Sandstories licence purchased by the subscribing agency.

  • The training commissioner from the subscribing agency will be the main contact with Sandstories on all matters pertaining to the licence and its use.
  • For the duration of the licence, the subscribing agency will have access to all the resources contained in the resource portal on the Sandstories website, which is password protected.
  • Where documents in the portal are provided with a download facility, these are available to be printed and used by the Accredited Facilitators.
  • The 50-minute Sandstories film is only accessible via the Sandstories website.
  • No attempt should be made to copy, download or transfer the film onto any device, media platform, or storage system. This is crucial to prevent breach of copyright and to protect the integrity of this unique resource.
  • The subscribing agency has the freedom to use the Sandstories workshop resources as many times as required, for the duration of the licence, using the workshop booking facility on the website.
  • The Sandstories resources may only be used in the context of a complete and accredited Sandstories workshop, facilitated by an Accredited Sandstories Facilitator. The Accredited Facilitator will use the format and timetable for the workshop, as laid out in the Sandstories accreditation training.
  • The licence holder is not entitled to share their access to the Sandstories resource portal with another party or agency. Access is password protected and strictly limited to the named subscribing agency/ licence holder.
